Our experience with digital video formats goes back twenty years to the beginning of digital still and video formats, when the first QuickTime movies and D1 hit the market. As pioneers in digital media we know our way around formats, conversion issues and repurposing, enabling you to get the most out of your advertising and project budget.
We shoot all our stills and video using either high resolution 10-bit or better HD formats, and downsize footage for final effects and post production, ensuring all archival footage remains in it most pristine condition.
Although our productions are shot purely digitally and edited on advanced Macintosh editing systems, by utilizing a rich film-look – utilizing 35 mm style depth-of-field effects, indie film style color grading and tasteful grain effects – an enhanced viewing experience is perceived by the target audience.
Yet, we do all this with in-house cameras including Canon 5D Mark II DSLR cameras, Panasonic 200HVX camcorders or Red cameras (if requested) utilizing a wide range of lenses and technologies, which keeps costs down without compromising quality in doing so.
Using transmissive blue and green screen technologies, even low light matte shots are possible, and in confined spaces, for broadcast-quality effects in both tight spaces and on tight budgets.
